Turohelper Terms of Service

These terms apply to approved users of the private Turohelper dashboard.

Authorized Use

Turohelper is intended only for approved team members who support the host team's Turo operations. Users must sign in with an approved account and use the dashboard only for legitimate operational work.

User Responsibilities

  • Keep your account access secure and do not share login credentials.
  • Update task status, availability, expenses, receipts, and payout information accurately.
  • Do not access, export, or disclose trip, guest, worker, or payout data except as needed for authorized work.
  • Report suspected data errors, missing tasks, security issues, or unauthorized access to an admin promptly.

Operational Data

Turohelper helps coordinate trips, tasks, expenses, and payouts, but users are responsible for confirming important trip and vehicle details in the original systems of record when needed. Admins may audit, correct, void, cancel, or update records to preserve data integrity.

Availability

The app is provided for internal operations and may change as the team improves workflows. Turohelper may be unavailable during maintenance, deployment, network issues, or provider outages.
